Requesting included revisions

Every package tier includes revisions. When a seller delivers files, review them thoroughly. If adjustments are needed, click "Request Revision" and provide clear, bulleted feedback in chat.

Opening a dispute

If a seller fails to deliver or the output does not meet agreed specifications, you can open a dispute in the Resolution Center. Our admin team will inspect the original brief, files, and chat history to enforce a fair resolution, including full or partial refunds.
