1. Easy Refunds & Delivery Guarantee
In case of failed delivery, missed deadlines without prior agreement, or if the delivered work does not meet agreed project specifications and academic integrity standards, clients are entitled to a full and prompt refund.
2. Dispute Resolution & Revisions
If an issue or disagreement arises regarding the quality, formatting, or scope of your research order, you can open a resolution request through your dashboard. Our dedicated Client Affairs and academic review team will thoroughly examine the order requirements, project communications, and delivered work to ensure a fair resolution, which includes complimentary revisions or processing an immediate refund.
3. Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled upon review prior to project completion. Once an order cancellation is approved, funds are returned directly to the client's original payment method within 10–14 business days.
